From London

Drive to Portsmouth and take the ferry from there to Caen. The drive from Caen to Queaux is about 4.5 hours.

From Edinburgh

That’s a looong journey, we wouldn’t really recommend it unless you’re coming over for at least a fortnight!

You can get the Eurostar to Paris and then the TGV (high-speed train) to Poitiers (2 hours). If your arrival in Poitiers aligns with the arrival of a London or Edinburgh flight, we can arrange a shuttle from there to Queaux for you. Otherwise, you can rent a car at Poitiers train station and drive (45 minutes), or take a local train to Lussac-les-Chateaux (35 minutes) from where you can rent a car or get a taxi (15 minutes).

Most accommodation is within walking distance of the venue. For those walking, we recommend that you bring a torch (or have enough battery on your phone to use it as a torch), as the street lights turn off at 11pm.

However, if you choose accommodation that is not within walking distance, you can book a taxi to get you to and from the venue.
